I have been taking my animals to Gray Fox since 1987 when we moved here from Central PA. I have seen every Dr. in there. Everyone has their favorites. Some deal better with cats, others with dogs. You just have to talk to the Drs. and Technicians to find this out. As with any Drs. office you usually wait about 15 minutes extra when you get there. I have had 1 dog and 1 cat put down in their office. I have also had a cat who had to be rushed to the emergency room for fluid around her heart. I did a follow up visit with Dr. Lee and he explained everything to me in detail. He told me that she would only be with us a week and he just tried to make her comfortable. I was very pleased with the service he provided during her condition. My Pomeranian at 2 years old had to have slots online reconstructive knee surgery due to a birth defect. Any other vet would have told us they”d do the surgery and it would cost us way too much money. He explained step by step what needed to be done, but that he was not the one who should do it. He could, but recommended another more qualified surgeon. I was pleased he was up front and honest. I have taken many other animals there in the past and have never had a problem. I would, and have, recommended this office to anyone looking for a great animal hospital.
